India Business Excellence Management Co. (“IBEMC”), is incorporated in Mauritius as a private company limited by shares, with limited life. IBEMC is the investment manager to India Business Excellence Fund I (“IBEF I”) and India Business Excellence Fund – IIIA (“IBEF – IIIA”) and investment advisor to India Business Excellence Fund – IIA (“IBEF – IIA").

The Funds advised and managed by IBEMC have been raised from offshore investors including High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and marquee international institutions. The Funds have a dedicated Indian strategy and have long-term private equity investments in mid-sized Indian companies and provide growth capital.

IBEF I and IBEF – IIA invest in growth capital primarily in unlisted companies across India’s increasingly attractive spaces. The Funds invest in mid‐market companies typically with revenues between USD50 million and USD250 million. IBEF – IIIA invests primarily in India Business Excellence Fund – III, an Indian Fund which in turn invest in established mid-market businesses with strong growth characteristics.
